The level of experience of an au pair can vary greatly depending on their background and previous work. It's important to consider the specific needs and expectations of the family when evaluating the au pair's experience. Some families may require a more experienced au pair, while others may be open to working with someone who is less experienced but eager to learn. Ultimately, the decision should be based on the individual needs and preferences of the family. **

Yes, I have experience with au pair agencies. I used an au pair agency to find a live-in childcare provider for my family. The agency helped us with the matching process, paperwork, and provided support throughout the au pair's stay. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would recommend using an au pair agency for families looking for live-in childcare. **
